For a store credit you have up to 30 days window to return unused item with all labels and tags attached.
For returns and exchanges please click this link and fill out the form to receive complimentary shipping label by email. Simply pack your item in original package, attach tags and drop off at your nearest USPS Postal service.
Once the package arrives to warehouse, please allow us 1-5 business days to check if returned item meets the requirements and start the return process. You will receive the return confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank statement.
