Question Do I need an account at to shop?

You do not need to create an account to place an order or browse at our website. But creating an account gives you benefits and convenience while you shop such as:  return process directly from your account, track your orders, discounts and promotions, saving your details and autofill for next purchases etc.

Question Do you have international delivery?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. You can check rates at checkout after you enter shipping details. Please be aware that we are not responsible for customs duties and fees in your country.

Question Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our US location based in California. You will get an email notification once your order has shipped.

Question How can I return or exchange an item?

We offer 14 days for a full refund back to your original form of payment in case if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Items returned after 14 days but no later than 30 days from the date of purchase are subject for store credit. The credit goes back to your account at until you’re ready to use it.

For exchange, please go online choose your product and select item/size you want to exchange for.

Items marked as “Final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Question How can I cancel my order?

If the item is not shipped yet you can go to your account and cancel it anytime. If you have received an email with shipping confirmation your order most likely left our warehouse, and we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case, please request your return shipping label and we will refund your account as soon as we receive your item.
